Application process

• If a suitable site is not available at the market date of your choice, your booking will be promptly cancelled.
• Given that this market is run by the Ringwood East Traders Association to help support and promote the local shopping ship, we would kindly request that sausages etc are purchased from the traders in Railway Avenue - we thank you for understanding.  For the last couple of years our local butcher has been a wonderful source of sausages and we are often running down to get more.  

• Sites are allocated only by the Market Co-ordinator.

• The Market Co-ordinator, acts on behalf of the Ringwood East Traders Association Inc., reserves the right to reject any application.

• All Stall holders are required to provide their own Public Liability Insurance (20 million) ad show a certificate of currency to Market Manager prior to or at the market. 
• Those booking this stall must be able to provide proof of membership of the non profit community group.

Please note that no stall holder equipment is provided. BYO tables, marquees, bbq, water and weights etc.
