Applications will be considered on merit and street performers will be required to provide reference and/or samples. 

Application process

• Performers must work to ensure that neither themselves nor their audience, pedestrians or the general public are put at risk at any time during their performance.

• Performances should create a comfortable ambience in the public realm and contribute to the amenity of that space.

• Please note that no power is available on site. 

• Street Performers are wholly responsible for all claims made against them for personal injury or property damage. Street Performers are not covered under the Ringwood East Traders Assoc or Maroondah City Council’s public liability insurance policies. 

• All buskers are to follow the directions of the Market Co-ordinator at all times.

• The Market Co-ordinator, acts on behalf of the Ringwood East Traders Association Inc., reserves the right to reject any application.
