T&C’s for Spring Blitz – Shop and Win Competition
By signing up to the Spring Blitz – Shop and Win Promotion (Promotion) via the StampMe Application
(StampMe App), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. The Promotion is run by the South Eastern Program Alliance (SEPA), which comprises the State of Victoria, through the Level Crossing Removal Project (a division of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning) (LXRP), Metro Trains
Melbourne Pty Ltd, Laing O’Rourke Construction Pty Ltd and WSP Australia Pty Limited.
2. There is no entry fee for the Promotion.
3. The Promotion will run from 12am Monday 11 September until 11.59pm Sunday 1 October 2023 (Promotion Period).
4. To be eligible to enter the Promotion (Eligible Entrant) and validly enter the Promotion a person must:
a. be a resident of Victoria at the commencement of the Promotion;
b. be aged 18 years or over at the commencement of the Promotion;
c. be a member of the Stamp Me loyalty program and the Participating Ringwood East Traders group (to sign up for Stamp Me, download the StampMe app and click the '+' icon and search for and join the “participating Ringwood East traders” StampMe group)
d. attain a minimum of five stamps (Minimum Stamps) on the StampMe App in a single week of the Promotion Period at any of the participating traders listed at [17] (Participating Traders). There is a separate prize draw for each week of the Promotion Period, across the following periods:
1. 11 September – 17 September (Week 1)
2. 18 September – 24 September (Week 2)
3. 25 September – 1 October (Week 3)
e. retain evidence of receipts relating to the Minimum Stamps attained in the relevant Week, so
that such evidence can be provided on request when winners are contacted at the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
5. To attain a stamp, a person must: (i) spend $10 or more at a Participating Trader, and (ii) record their
spend by scanning the StampMe counter card at time of spend. A person can only receive one stamp per
business per day.
6. Five winners will be drawn at random for each Week from the Eligible Entrants of the Promotion. The total prize pool each week is $500, and the total prize pool for the Promotion is $1500.
7. Each winner will receive 2 x $50 Stamp Me vouchers (Voucher) via their StampMe account for use at any of the Participating Traders.
8. Each winner will be notified via their nominated contact details provided on their StampMe user account.
If a winner cannot be notified within 7 days after the expiry of the Promotion Period, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn at random.
9. Vouchers may only be redeemed by the winner of that Voucher.
10. The winner can redeem all Vouchers in one transaction, however the Vouchers cannot be split into smaller increments.
11. When a winner provides a Voucher to the relevant Participating Trader to pay for a purchase from that Participating Trader:
a. the Participating Trader must retain the Voucher;
b. if the total value of the purchase is less than the value of the Voucher, the Participating Trader must honour the Voucher to the extent of the value of the purchase but is not required to honour the difference between the value of the purchase and the value of the Voucher; and
c. if the total value of the purchase is greater than or equal to the value of the Voucher, the person redeeming the Voucher must pay the difference above and beyond the value of the Voucher.
12. Participating traders, employees, contractors and suppliers of LXRP and SEPA are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
13. LXRP reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the Promotion at its sole discretion.
14. LXRP is not liable for any voucher or prize being lost, damaged, uncollected or undelivered. Vouchers must be redeemed in accordance with the validity period specified by the Participating Trader and subject to these terms and conditions.
15. Personal information is collected to enable the administration and promotion of the Promotion, including the announcement of the winners’ names on social media or other promotions materials, and monitoring of compliance with terms and conditions. Personal information collected, used and disclosed in connection with this Promotion is subject to the Level Crossing Removal Project’s Privacy Policy.
16. LXRP shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Vouchers or the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
